Training on Rorschach Inkblot Test

2015-07-17-

The Rorschach Inkblot Test (RT) was published in 1921 and has since been very effective and efficient on exploring traits and mainly the dynamics of personality. Moreover RT has been used by clinician, psychologists, psychosocial counsellors and even other professionals for psychodiagnostic purposes and this test has served and stood firm in this regard.

Many of the objective tests such as questionnaires have the drawback in the regard that individuals can manipulate what they answer, however RT being a projective test, is very much robust in this regard and while answering on the inkblots individuals unconsciously reveal their inner strength and weaknesses and chances of manipulation is significantly decreased.

Realizing the importance of implication of RT, Center for Psychological Health & Emotional Well-being has invited Prof. Dwarka Pershad who has authored many books and psychological test which are relevant in our culture such as PGI – Memory Test, with which we all must be aware of and most importantly has received Research Award of the Inkblot Society (U.S.A).
