Currently, I am working as a Psychosocial Counselor of Safer Migration Project (SaMi) for 2014 LGs of Khotang districts since till day. As Psychosocial Counselor my major responsibilities include leading the psychosocial counsellors’ team and responsible for the psychosocial counseling sector in SaMi implemented districts in Koshi.
Having worked for more than 8 years in SaMi project, I have knowledge of conflict sensitive project management, cluster approach, staff workforce diversity, maintaining partnership with NGOs and to effectively coordinate with local governments, district level stakeholders and local community in relation to development activities in the districts
