Currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Tribhuvan University, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (BPH) from Chakrabarti HaBi Education Academy, where I graduated with distinction (3.58 GPA). My academic journey also includes strong performances in science at the intermediate level and a distinction in my SLC exams.

With over four years of diverse work experience, I have honed my skills in research, education, and community health. As an enumerator and field researcher with New ERA, I contributed to impactful projects such as the Suaahara Annual Monitoring Survey and WE-WASH initiatives. I have also worked as a language translator at Anweshaan and gained hands-on experience in community health projects and public health management practices.

These roles have allowed me to develop excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational skills while fostering a love for learning in students.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an enthusiastic learner and creative individual. My hobbies reflect my multifaceted personality—they include traveling, reading poetry, philosophical discussions, observing people, listening to music, writing poetry, and acting. I also enjoy cooking and take pride in spreading positivity to those around me.

I strive to bring empathy, dedication, and creativity into my work and personal life, aspiring to make meaningful contributions to the fields of public health and clinical psychology.
